Mangla Garrison Housing is moving towards the end of it’s pre-launch to a full launch of it’s phase two located right next to phase one. The end of the pre-launching means the prices of open affidavit files which currently stand at only 910,000/- for 5 marla, 1,510,000/- for 10 marla and 2,760,000/- for 20 marla will be increased once again. Whereas before the last increase, prices stood at 850,000/- for 5 marla, 1,400,000/- for 10 marla and 2,400,000/- for 20 marla.

Mangla Garrison Housing is also expected to start verification and transfer charges once the phase two moves to full launch.
